I’m a Senior UX Consultant with over 20 years of experience in digital design, UX strategy, and service design.
My work spans user research, interaction design, information architecture, functional content strategy, and organizational capability building. I’ve collaborated with large public sector organizations, non-profits, and commercial enterprises across banking, travel, transit, tourism, healthcare, retail, SaaS, and government sectors.
